01. Processing and Shipping Orders
How long will it take to receive my order?
It takes us 2 working days to process your order which means picking out the right item, packing it, and so on. When you place an order you will be able to see the day we will ship it. If you choose standard shipping, you will receive your order within 20 working days. If you choose fast shipping you will receive it within 10 working days. Once the order is confirmed you will also see an estimated delivery date on your confirmation email.
Can I cancel my order at any time?
You can cancel your order or part of your order before the shipping date by contacting our customer services representatives. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship within the United States and worldwide including to the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe. You can always contact our customer services representative to confirm if we ship to your specific address.

02. Ordering and Products
What material are your bags made of?
Our bags are made of 100% high-quality leather unless indicated otherwise in the description. Please read the item description carefully before placing an order.
Can I change the color or my bag or ask for different colored hardware?
We do not offer any customizations on our products for now.
Can I ask to see pictures of my order before it is shipped?
You can contact our customer services representative by emailing smtingservice@gmail.com or by sending us a DM on Instagram to ask to see pictures of a product before it is shipped. Actual colors may be a little different because of differences in lighting.
Where do I check my order status?
You can check your order status as well as look at past orders by logging into your account.
Do you have gift packaging options?
We do not currently offer gift packaging for our orders.
03. Payment
How can I pay for my order?
We offer lots of flexible payment options for customers around the world. These include Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, and Paypal. You can even buy now and pay later using Clearpay!
When will I get my money back if I cancel an order?
Once an order is canceled the money will be back in your account within 2 working days. Please note that we cannot cancel an order once it is shipped.
Do you offer loyalty points, reward points, or gift cards?
We do not currently offer any loyalty, reward, or gift card programs. Please keep checking our website for more updates.
Will I get an invoice or receipt for my order?
You can download an invoice for your order by logging into your account on our website.
04. Returns, Refunds, and Complaints
I received an order that is damaged or incorrect! What do I do?
Please take pictures of the damaged/incorrect order immediately. Do not remove any tags or throw away any packaging. Email our customer services representative at smtingservice@gmail.com within 30 days with pictures of what you have received as well as your invoice or receipt. For more information on returns and refunds please read our Refund Policy. If your order is damaged during shipping then you must submit a claim to the shipping company for damages.
How long can I wait before asking for a return or refund?
You must email our customer services representatives within 30 days to start the return process. Please note that you will have to pay for return shipping and we have the final say in whether a refund can be issued or not.
I don’t like my order, can I get a refund?
We would love to hear feedback on why you didn’t like your order but please note that we issue refunds on a case-by-case basis and have the final say in whether one will be issued for an order
How long does it take to process a refund?
After we approve a refund it will take at least 10 working days for the money to be put back into your account. If you do not receive a refund within 15 working days please email us at smtingservice@gmail.com.
