We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to ask for a return. We cannot accept any returns after this period is over.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. It must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return you must request it first by contacting us at smtingservice@gmail.com.
Please send us pictures of your item along with the receipt or proof of purchase in the email. Please also let us know why you would like to return your purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you will have to pay for return shipping and the price will be calculated at the time of processing the return.
We have the final say on whether a return will be accepted or rejected.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect order? Here's what to do:
Please inspect your order carefully as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Be sure to take pictures of the damage so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You can ask our customer service representatives to share pictures of your order before it is shipped to make sure it is not damaged before shipping.
Are there any exceptions to the return policy? Yes, there are:
Some items cannot be returned. You cannot return custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and items that you bought on sale or using a gift card.
Please do not use our shipping label to send us any perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), any personal care goods (such as beauty products), or any hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We will not accept any items not purchased from our website.

What if I want to exchange my item? Well, first you must start a return:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item without waiting for a refund.
Please note that we do not offer any store credit. There is no guarantee that a returned order will be refunded so we recommend that you make sure your return is accepted and a refund is issued before ordering a new item.
How do I get a refund? Here's how:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on the account you paid with within 10 business days.
We have the final say in whether a refund will be issued or not. We will not issue refunds for items that have been used or worn or for items that were damaged after they were shipped. We will not be responsible for items damaged by the shipping carrier and you must file a separate claim with them.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
