We ship bags worldwide. 

We offer free shipping! Here are the details: 

We offer free standard shipping worldwide via carriers such as USPS, DHL, FedEx, and the Royal Mail. 

Fast shipping is not free. If you choose fast shipping then the cost of shipping will be calculated at check-out. 

We offer free fast shipping if you order 3 or more bags.

It usually takes us 2 to 3 business days to process your order. 

We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. 

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. 

Standard shipping takes 3 to 20 business days to deliver your order depending on your location.

Fast shipping takes 5 to 10 business days to deliver your order depending on your location. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing and shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery in case of delays that are beyond our control such as bad weather conditions and unexpected holidays. 

If there will be significant delay in the shipment of your order , we will contact you via email.

Received a damaged order? Here's what to do: 

We do our best to send your orders in good condition. You can ask our customer services representative to show you pictures of your order before it is shipped. 

We are not responsible for any damages that occurs during shipping and you must contact the shipping company to claim damages. 

Please save all packaging and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Order prices and shipping costs do not include customs duties and taxes.
